Curing
IPL Macro is excited to offer a unique solution for curing and storing to consistently extend the life and quality of your hemp and cannabis product. The IPL Macro Atmosphere Control Bin Lid & system will help save time, money, and labor within your curing process without costing additional energy usage or space.
The IPL Macro Controlled Atmosphere lid is compatible with a variety of solid Macro Bin footprints. It works with an all-natural process; as the stored hemp or cannabis breathes and releases humidity, the patented membranes of the lid regulate the O2 and CO2 inside the bins for product preservation. Removing the curing caps at varying amounts and slowing intervals (customized specifically for your climate and operation) allows for highly controlled O2 exchange, also known as “burping”, until the hemp or cannabis product has reached its optimal humidity level.
After achieving the optimal atmosphere inside the bin, the lid is sealed, allowing for efficient and consistent curing of your hemp or cannabis while prolonging the shelf life. With ability to burp while stacked together, this system will increase your storage capacity while eliminating the costs to control the climate inside your facility.
