What is your position in the company?

Customer Service Representative

How would you describe your job to someone that doesn’t know the business?

I work for a company that produces large industrial bins for agriculture, food processing, and automotive industry. My part to play in this wide operation is to work directly with customers and our IPL salespeople to process orders in a timely manner and expedite answers to any questions or concerns.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Working with a bunch of rock stars day in and day out. Seriously, everyone (from shipping, operation, sales, corporate, H.R., accounting) in this company have been friendly, helpful, and customer minded. Love it!

Is there anything exciting that you are currently working on?

Just ramping up for the oncoming new year with the 1012 and 1212 Hybrid bins. It’s going to be an awesome year!

What was your first job?

My very first job was a cook at Arby’s on the backline, because I was over 18 and I could use the meat slicer.

Do you have any hobbies?

Why yes, I do. I love to write! Self-promoting here: I published my first book last year and I am currently putting the final touches on my second book, which I hope to have published in April of 2020. Besides that, I enjoy spending time with friends and family at the family farm or camping, some light crafting on the side, snuggling with my pups, reading a good whodunit mystery and watching the Crime channels when I’m plunked down in front of the TV.

What was the best concert you ever attended?

My first concert I ever went to was NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK with my friends while in high school. I was IN LOVE with Joey Mc Intyre, evident at the time as he was plastered all over my bedroom walls. But the most I remember from that concert, as I stood there with my permed hair, mismatched clothes, and large concert sign, was how happy I was to share it with my friends.

What’s your ideal day off like?

Snuggled up on the couch with my pups, a good book, and a steaming mug of coffee in hand, with a big blanket draped over my lap. No cell phone, no visitors, just me and my imagination.

Are you involved in any nonprofits or community activities that you enjoy?

Sadly no, and that’s something I should look into. For now, I just donate an extra $1.00 at the cash register when asked.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

That’s a toughie. If the question was what would I drink every day for the rest of my life, I’d say a Coca-Cola. But that wasn’t the question. I’d have to settle for Pizza, I guess.

Do you have a favorite sport or team?

Seattle Seahawks!!! Go HAWKS!

If you were stuck on an island, who’s the one person you’d chose to help you survive?

It would have to be some famous wilderness survival guide guy, because everyone I know, including myself, wouldn’t last five minutes on our own.
