What is your position in the company?

Sr Business Development Macro Trac

How would you describe your job to someone that doesn’t know the business?

I sell manually deployable matting made out of plastic for a wide variety of applications.  Covering the most expensive turf in the world at Major league stadiums for concerts, quick deployed roadways for construction, helipads and Forward Operating Base flooring for the military.  Basically, I play with grown up legos!

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Working with the customers to provide a solution for their unique situation. Especially enjoy working with our military to support the missions of our armed forces.

Is there anything exciting that you are currently working on?

We have been chosen as the flooring of choice at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida.  We will be leaving this week to install our matting in their temporary shelters and creating walkways.  Tyndall was devastated by the hurricanes in 2018, so we are supporting their rebuild and recovery efforts.

What was your first job?

At 15 I was a custodian at a construction company office in Los Angeles.  I cleaned toilets, cleaned out the cabinet shop and the office 6 days a week after school.

Do you have any hobbies?

Love to golf, and spend time with my 6 amazing kids!

What was the best concert you ever attended?

Zac Brown-  Have seen him at least 5 times! Great instrumentals!

What’s your ideal day off like?

Sleep in until 8 AM, Golf 18 holes and then sit on the Beach- of course this would be in Maui with the family!

Are you involved in any nonprofits or community activities that you enjoy?

I have always been involved with non-profits, especially those involving youth and sports. Baseball coaching and putting on clinics has been a hobby for years.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I am a bit of a health nut so it is a toss up between Pizza and a good burrito.

Do you have a favorite sport or team?

I have two favorite teams, the Los Angeles Dodgers and anyone who is playing the San Francisco Giants

If you were stuck on an island, who’s the one person you’d chose to help you survive?

My wife. I would lose my glasses and wallet without her!
