How would you describe your job to someone that doesn’t know the business?
My company manufactures large, bulk, sustainable plastic bins for all markets. I sell primarily into the agricultural markets throughout the Northeast territory.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people! I really enjoy meeting growers, and visiting their beautiful orchards and farms. Also I love the fresh vegetable and fruits I‘ve tasted, right from the ground and trees.
Is there anything exciting that you are currently working on?
I currently have several trials in the hemp industry. They are interested in our Hybrid 1012 for processing and storage for the end product.
What was your first job?
I worked in the human service field directly out of college for 15 yrs. I was a recreation therapist and worked with emotionally challenged adults, and adults with multiple sclerosis. My job was to show them thru activities and modifications they and their families could participate and enjoy an active, productive life style. I Loved it and it taught me to appreciate health, and to live each day to the fullest!
Do you have any hobbies?
I enjoy gardening, rowing, hiking, music, wine tasting, participating and spectating in all sports.
What was the best concert you ever attended?
Bruce Springsteen
What’s your ideal day off like?
Up early, walk my dog and garden with coffee. Then do something active, exercise, play tennis, row etc. After an active day, enjoy my deck cooking out with friends and/or family.
Are you involved in any nonprofits or community activities that you enjoy?
I participate in annual tournaments and activities, raising monies for Autism, Cancer, MS etc.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Linguini w/ white clam sauce
Do you have a favorite sport or team?
My favorite sports are tennis and platform tennis, and even had Peter Piccioli and Hugo playing paddle (platform tennis). Of course Hugo and I beat PP , just ask him 😀
Also Love Boston Red Sox and the Buffalo Bills (unfortunately).
If you were stuck on an island, who’s the one person you’d chose to help you survive?
My friend Eddy, who is creative and smart as he would figure a way to get off the island, and I would be laughing the whole time as he is fun and hysterical!
