2. Fill out the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) form that will be sent to you by your assigned customer service representative
3. Follow the return guidelines (link) and cleaning guidelines (link) to properly return the bins.
4. Schedule a date and time of return.
5. Your credit will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of the bins.
